Just wondering is there any pick up in property sales in waterford yet?. has property hit rock bottom here yet? Anyone know of any sales recently?

Location is all you need to know . Nothing worth talking about for sale on the Dunmore road if there is and it is there a while it's a dog.
So very slight lift in prices in that direction everywhere else seems to be going south still.

Jaysus your openning a can of worms here, there was a thread closed not so long ago when i tried to suggest the property prices were on the rise and selling again, for good houses that is.
