    Hi.
    My eFibre router has given up an I want to log a problem.
    My problem is I don't have my account number or phone number.
    I don't a bill in the house and don't know my number as I've never used the landline as it's broadband only I use.
    Can you help me get my contact details and get my broadband sorted
