Tree down in Mayfield COIIA1 responding

COIIA1 is a fire appliance for anyone wondering.

The first 4 characters identify the fire station, the last two identify the type of appliance or vehicle .

Anyone in the ennis area?! , This cell could be putting down a tornado!

I'm just a few Kms west of Ennis @ just over 400ft altitude and we just had powerhose-against -the -window rain and serious wind with that squall line passing.
There was a weird 5 minute lull in the wind once it had past.
Lost Sky and 3G wifi connection during it....crazy.

Wind back at its previous state now.
A crazy amount of water came down with that.

Sitting here waiting for a call to say my gig is cancelled. Absolutely roaring out there at the moment(Carlow)

But the red alert included Mayo and Galway and the winds seem to be easing off here.
3 posters have reported a lull here in the past 15 mins.

I'll add to that, lull in Castlebar also. But looking at that earth wind map, looks like the worst to hit Galway mayo soon alright.

Me one of them. Calm to do with a frontal passage rather than cyclonic conditions associated with the low's centre that I mentioned earlier maybe? It's still out to sea.

Wind picking up again now from the SW. Can see some stars outside. The front has gone through I think.
