Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there have an iPhone 5 insured with carphone warehouse geek squad. My phone screen is smashed and earpiece damaged. I rang carphone and they said to get it fixed could take upto 14days and I've to pay 50 euro excess charge. The thing is I would be 14 days without a phone. A friend of a friend who works in carphone said maybe reporting it lost would be a better option I would get a new iPhone in a couple of days?! Just seems a bit pointless having insurance if I've to pay 50 euro to get it fixed!!! Anybody any experience with geek squad???? Thanks

    Excess is standard on all insurance policies, car, home, etc. You have read the terms before signing up to it.

    Claiming the phone is lost or stolen is fraud so no discussion of same here please.
