Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I don't think he would have been off had he not time wasted for the throw as well.

Genuine question: Has Steve Bruce ever got a point off Man U as a manager? I don't really think it's any kind of conspiracy but he just seems incapable of getting anything against his former club.

Drew twice as Sunderland manager. One a 2-2 draw with a last minute OG equaliser from Anton Ferdinand and the second where Sunderland played so well Fergie was running over to the fourth official to tell him time was up at the end.

:pac: It was the most blatant yellow card I have ever seen. He could have been booked for the foul but doing that sealed it.

The foul could have draw a yellow. Kicking the ball away just made it easier for the ref.

Good news is now Val can't the next game.

    De Gea!

Don't be daft, they always do and Valencia knows that. He's practically asking for a red card.

Wonder if there were any large bets on a Valencia red card today ..... Good news is now moyes will be forced not to play him for a game

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,395 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

United fairly poxed there. Two great chances for Hull at the end and they both fall to the two Hull centre-halfs.

Talk about hanging on by fingernails at the end. Poor stuff. Savage save from DDG near the end

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,416 ✭✭✭Zico

Forget Baines, I'd like Coleman at Utd.

Need an Irish full back to sort the **** out.

    What did he do?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 54,652 ✭✭✭✭Headshot

What ever happened to our display towards the end of the 1st half? We were well on top, pressured Hull and looked very dangerous up front but then we play like that in the 2nd half? We were crap in that 2nd half, I havent seen the stats for that half but it wouldnt surprise me to see us with a high percentage of possession ,but we did **** all with it. I cant even remember Harper making any saves.

Im happy with the 3 points but pissed off at our football and alot of the players/lack of players. Moyes also pissed me off with his negative tactics, you think he would of learned from the past when going into the lead.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,539 ✭✭✭✭retalivity

united are so, so bad, lucky to get away with 3 pts and a nice easy run coming up.
If they were playing anyone else from the top 8 they'd be butchered

That result has Liverpool and City looking over their shoulders, I'd say.

Well that wasn't good for the nerves,2-0 down then 3-2 up and hanging on for dear life for 15 minutes.
Feck it,a win is a win.

    3 more points ticked off.

    5 wins in a row.

We scored 3 goals against a defence who conceded 3 in the last 8 or 9 games at home.

Awful performance on a whole but a win.

EDIT: RVP coming back soon, Carrick back, Fletcher back.
