What I Have... 8'' Sq Pie Dish, Half a turkey, 1/2 lb of ham cooked, Knorr chicken stock pots, oxo, every veg known to man, well stocked dry store

What I Don't Have, Knowledge of type of pastry to use and a recipe !
Please enlighten me !

If you have leftover mash you could do a potato topped turkey and veg pie, I saw a tv chef doing one during the week (can't remember who, sorry!), looked lovely.
Paul Hollywood's hot water crust pie would work with veg on the side if you have stuffing left over too, haven't tried it but looks simple and delicious. http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/hand-raised_boxing_day_84945
