Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Can I exchange this present in store?

I got a really nice shampoo and conditioner set from a friend this Christmas, only, it's completely wrong for my hair type. It's Redken and I know it's sold in a lot of salons.

My mate doesn't keep receipts and I don't want to ask her what store she got it from 'cause it was very thoughtful.

Is there any chance at all I can bring it into a hairdressers that sells this product and exchange it for one for a different hair type?

(Mods - if I've put this in the wrong place, please move - but I know where I stand in terms of consumer rights (nowhere), and thought this forum would be better in terms of experience! :P)

You could always sell it on Adverts or somewhere, I know this is hassle but I doubt a hair salon would accept it being honest unless you knew the owners.

Highly unlikely I'm afraid. What's to say that the products haven't been tampered with or replaced with lesser products.
