That doesn't look good for sob, hopefully he's not out too long but he looked in serious pain.

SoB looked in serious pain....I didn't know he could feel pain :(

Pienaar and Payne make an immediate impact, but Leinster can go 10 clear here. Big moment.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,658 ✭✭✭Kanrith

The one player that we cannot afford to lose :(.

I (sort of) envy the fans at home. It's one of those nights where you stroll to the bar and ask for a pint of hot tea. Leinster easing out nicely here. Murphy having a great game.

    Jared Payne is indeed kwality.

Yeah, can't wait to see him in an Ireland jersey.

And good to see Murphy doing well with talk of Heaslip going to France.

mccarthy really is the king of the choke tackle....

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,166 ✭✭✭✭Zzippy

McCarthy is just superb at the choke tackle

    Damn you Ruggie! :P

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,658 ✭✭✭Kanrith

Moore has to be in the Ireland 23 against Scotland. Been great today and could easily see him being the starter for Ireland next year.

    We are a disgrace.

And if i never see Lacey again ill be a happy man. He is also a disgrace.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,972 ✭✭✭captbarnacles

Refereeing inconsistency would drive you mad. Leinster player flew into ruck near touchline off his feet with ref watching...no penalty.

    Dislocated shoulder :(.

    Parachute Dan Leavy in.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,658 ✭✭✭Kanrith

SOB dislocated shoulder, not sure how long that will leave out for.

Lacey really is whistle happy for anybody in a white shirt, between him and Philips we really do generate some awful awful refs

Oh no! miserable news for Ireland :/

    Sob dislocated shoulder.

Impressed with murphy. If heaslip leaves i wouldnt be overly bothered.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 686 ✭✭✭Flincher

One thing I just noticed, as soon as Lacey called a maul, McCarthy pulled it to ground, presumably to make the ball unplayable, but he's lucky enough not to get penalized for collapsing the maul.

Definitely something Ulster should be in Lacey's ear about.

He's consistently bad for both sides here tonight.

What do yous think the recovery time would be for SOBs injury?

Agreed but the bad calls hes made have had more of an effect on ulster than Leinster

3 months according to Greenwood here:

    Good defence by Leinster.

I wouldn't agree. In the first half, Ulster benefited from some dodgy on-the-ground decisions. In this half, Leinster are getting the decisions.

[edit: rather, there were no calls given when there should have been in the first half]

And i would say that Ulster haven't been picked up on lots of tHings they've done wrong.

    Evens out Probably

Could go either way, if there's no ligament damage just a few weeks, if it needs an op before he can play again it's a season ender.

could anyone please post the score and time played? thanks!

Thats BS. Ulster could easily have had several more players yellow carded. Constantly offside and taking men out off the ball (kirchner and cullen).
