    hope his mates got it on camera.
    a bit of an exaggeration to say he was glassed. somebody threw a glass at him.

    getting glassed is when somebody rams a glass in your face and you end up with 20 stitches. getting hit in the face with a flying glass and getting a cut is called unlucky.

    Unlucky is when you buy a ticket and don't win the raffle/lotto etc.
    Getting hit with a glass thrown by some lowlife while doing your work is a criminal act.
