    Hi,

I am 6 months into a 12 month contract. I called last to initiate a move house. I was told that to do this, I had to agree to a new 12 month contract (I was specifically told I had to). I agreed but have now been told by others that there is no legal requirement and I did not h's e to take up a new contract.

Can you please advise if this is the case or not?

    Hi TJ Mackie
My apologies, I had thought I'd responded here, not sure what happened..
I can confirm that a new 12 month contract is part of the move process as stipulated in the terms and conditions of agreement.
Hope this clarifies issue at least.
