    Hi guys,
Looking for advice here, I've been offered the choice to take redundancy from my permanent job. If I take it I'll get enough for a deposit for a house and be able to get plenty of temporary work in my area of employment..and I do feel the need for a change career wise and I won't get any more benefits staying we're I am.
Thing is should I take it? I'll lose out on maternity cover( not planning that for years!) sick pay. I'm 35 single and have no ties or outstanding debts. I'm worried about pensions and mortgage application without a permanent job!
I've no idea what to do and an desperate for advice!
    Thanks !
