    I think all three of those are generally manky. Can't stand Lily O Briens!

    Yup, waxy and horrible. Some of the thorntons are alright, the sicilian lemon one in thorntons continental are nice. The rest are mank.

    So many 'hand made' chocolates are waxy, which you wouldn't expect. And way overpriced.

    Yea I really don't like lily o'briens either? They taste cheap or something.
    Must be why they're not expensive.

    Yep out of the above 3, Butlers might be just edible

    Thornthons are absolutely dire. The other two are ok but not worth the price.

    I quite like Butler's; the other two are sh!te.

    The taste doesn't live up to the branding unfortunately.

    For me:
    Thornton's = bad
    Butler's = badder
    Lily O'Briens = baddest

    I agree ..l love Leonidas but was once in the company of a Belgian lady who told me that they consider Leonidas to be a cheap inferior chocolate

    Thorntons have been selling the huge boxes in Tesco for €6.99. Something had to give and that thing was quality judging by the box I have.

    I like Butler's for the most part but Thorntons are absolutely vile. Received a box for Christmas and threw most of the box out. That NEVER happens here!

    Those Lily O'Brien dessert sweets are disgusting.

    Thornton's = not mad on
    Butler's = love but very rich
    Lily O'Briens = like[/QUOTE]
    Lindor is nice

    Belgian chocolate is nice but depends there are brands of chocolate that aren't great in the hand made chocolates can't think of what they are now.

    Agree, lindor or lindt whichever are really nice. Not keen on the other 3 at all.
