Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Is this link of any use?

It seems to suggest one solution in the second last post.

thanks brophs tried that but still not working properly.

When I double click the itunes icon in desktop (or click itunes box in the start screen) nothing happens.

However, if I right click on the desktop icon and select run as administrator then it opens and runs as normal from what i can see. This suggests that there is a block or a setting somewhere else that needs to be changed but I can't find it.

In properties, I've checked the compatibility with windows 8 box and checked that all users have full permissions.

anyone have any ideas or solutions? I haven't yet tried the uninstall / reinstall option.
