Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi there,

I would really appreciate some advice on the following:

I bought a flat in london in 2006, lived in it for 2 yrs then returned to Ireland. I have rented it out since but now i'd like to sell it. My estate agent reckons there could be a healthy profit to be made given the bouyant London market at present.
How do i go about selling it and minimizing (avoiding) tax on this sale? Secondly how do i get the profits back to Ireland without having to pay anything to Irish revenue?

    Any help really appreciated.
