Vinyl Player Needle Repair in Limerick

anyone have a number or know of anyone in limerick that repairs Vinyl Player Needle

I bought my dad this for Christmas

Can you remove the stylus from the arm? If so, you'll just need a new stylus - there might be a model number of the stylus on the old one, or in your instructions... also is there a weight adjustment needed on the arm? I use Technics d decks and even on the heaviest weight setting, older records crackle and hiss and skip about. A bit of blu tack and a 5cent piece sorts that out...
