Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hey lads
    I just bought some tickets off of ticketmaster went to see if I got a confirmation email from ticketmaster but got an email off some called E.t.i.i and in the email it said the transaction was processed by Worldplay is this a scam or...?
    Also got missed event insurance

    No scam, Worldpay are a well known payment processor, they are part of Royal Bank of Scotland - linky

    "Missed event insurance" is Ticketmasters way of getting a few extra bob out of you ;)

    Thanks for clearing that up when I googled ETII I got some energy group affiliated with the University of leeds so I was worried!
