The first week of January was a disaster for me - I was on holiday. I've been doing better since then though, slowly changing habits! How is everyone else getting on?

Good result for the first week (-6 lbs). Relaxed it a little over the weekend. Struggling a bit to get back into it with the same effect this week but hope to get another decent result in the next 7 days.

took me a few days to get into it, but i have cleared out all the rubbish and i am having lots more yogurt & fruit and i have cut out all the white crappy bread!!! only wholewheat if any now!!!

Brekki is porridge or 2 weetabix,
Lunch is homemade soup, chicken and salad/stirfry
dinner is lean meat, potatoes, 2 veg
Slimming world web site has great recipes, someone mention it further up and there lots on there

if i'm hungry in the evening its fruit & yogurt again or an egg....eggs are so versatile!!
i am munching on fruit throughout the day between meals to keep me going and im having my minimum 2 litre of water
i have cut back on tea and coffee and so the urge for biscuits has been reduced as it was a habit!!!
No alcohol except on 1 or 2 evenings and then im limiting it to 4 units max. Tryign to cut out the beer altogether and move towards the spirits instead!!!

Very happy with the 5.5 lbs gone so far and Hopefully i can keep it going and get to my target.....

Lost 0.1 kg last week, none of my old clothes fit me anymore. It's madness.

Lost 1.2kg last week. Not perfect diet-wise but improved. Decent amount of miles which might be more the reason for the weight loss.

Down 4.54kg for the month so far. Did first 5K of the year this morning in under 30 minutes. Very happy with progress so far, still a long way to go. Next week I hope to be under BMI of 30!

I'm slowly slooowly losing weight. Again, I'm fine with exercise...just very prone to binge eating junk food.

Great idea for a thread. Just signed up for the sheet. More running, calorie counting, and a cleaner diet will help. And shame. Loads of shame. :)

    2lbs down this week.

Best of luck all with your goals.

Haven't lost any weight. Only this week getting back into more regular exercise and being more conscious of the diet. Hopefully I'll make progress!
