Cig lighter idea.

Some gadgets run off the car cigarette lighter and use it to re-charge their batteries as well. I would like to be able to recharge the devices at home via a mains adapter. Can you get a cigarette lighter "socket" gadget to do this or is it invention time ? Thanks.
