Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi,

Im having a weird issue with an apple account i have from having a macbook pro.

On the 25th Dec I received a few mails from apple saying that I have a new iPad mini.
At first I didnt think much about them and just put them down to spam but I decided to check my account anyway.

As it turns out the some of the account details have changed, the name/address/phone is now somewhere in the US and when I go to the locate iphone/ipad page I can see live details of an ipad at the address which my details were changed to.

It seems as if someone is using my account as their own?

Im quite confused about the whole thing as I dont see where they would have gotten my login details and the email account doesnt seem to have anything suspicious either

Get in there and change your password ASAP, and all your other ones. Then contact Apple.
