    I've reached the stage in the year when the SBR table has to take 2nd place to the NS table... so less volume, more specific training, for me. Best of luck to you two kids duking it out!

    Between Endure 24, Race to Kinvara (just announced) & the Beast I better get a least one gold if not two in both run and cycle for the next 3 months or I'll be in trouble with the Captain :)

    Oh! I didn't realize I had hit the mark! Whoop whoop!! :D Of course, all I am doing is swimming at the moment, so comparatively speaking it's not all that impressive really. But hey, I'll take whatever scraps of sunshine I can get! :)

    last chance saloon for my foot today, giving acupuncture a go, I have only managed 8km's on the road this week and I'm sick to death of aquajogging:(

    Shotgun is right. Unless you have two punctures next Saturday or in Kilkee it'll be game set and match to you before we even get to Mallorca. Would have to throw two running races into the mix and make it a best of 5 for me to have any chance of winning.

    will need MCOS to unlock all the tabs to do it everywhere. for now have updated June to undecided so you can enter for this month without having to look at it
