I'd be far more competitive in this then the global rankings etc. besides money leagues this sounds like the top competition. Well for any of the heads who frequent the forum anyway!

I'd like to think it is something people will care about alright, even if there is no financial reward (unless we've a mate with a big global corporation who wants to sponsor the prize)

Found the sign up thread, if enough of the people currently in the league pull out due to an extremely angry and hostile email campaign run by me because it's still over half a year away from starting I'll be in there like swimwear.

Would be disappointed if we didn't have a 5th division next year for the latecomers to gradually work their way to glory. We don't have those sort of numbers yet but when the time comes and we're looking for a few people to fill a 5th league, I think we'll find them.

Thought I'd point out that a forum stalwart with the team name "mad for Mickey Turner" top scored in this league in the week just gone. It was the first time all year that the aforementioned Norwich City stalwart was not in his squad(and quite possibly his team).:p

There will be a 5th league, what will happen is:
1) We will get all spaces filled for the 80 positions in the top 4 leagues
2) Any positions not filled which will be in the 4th division (unless less than 60 join up) will go to the reserves, in order of their signup.
3) Any reserves who don't get in to Division 4 (assuming there are 20 or less) will be given a 3 day priority period to make up Division 5.
4) A code will be put up on the forum for any remaining spaces in Division 5, on a first come first served basis to make sure the current reserves get accomodated in some shape or form
5) There will be NO Division 6 under any circumstances. Anyone who hasn't already expressed an official interest in entry isn't of massive concern to accomodate.

Mirallas is a good shout for the next few weeks. I got 30 pts and was surprised to move up so much. Getting defensive points is the key I think. Boruc and bardsley got me 17 pts. When I was on a bad run before xmas I think I went 6 weeks without a clean sheet and everyone bar me seemed to have everton(coleman) and arsenal defenders racking up clean sheets and goals every week.

In 5th at present (BoardsFPL).
I rarely take a hit with transfers; havent done so all season and so far hasent cost me but with Ade underperforming and problems with midfield I may have to take a hit next GW.

Can't help being nosey sometimes, sorry! Had a look at your team there, you are doing incredibly well considering your team value is under 105m. As regards your midfield I'd say there is a very good chance Januzaj will start against Fulham next week, Moyes may want to mind him but I really don't see the advantage of freezing him out entirely

Utd do have 2 games coming where you would expect goals; and DM nay want to settle the team down with Mata arriving and RVP & WR just back.
Delighted with Bacuna though 2 goals in 2; big future ahead for him.

After the first update to the league I was languishing in the bottom half of league two.(Am almost certain I was 69th after the first update).
Am now on the brink of the championship, despite dropping 16 points in 2 x 8 point hits.

Well I'm done for the week and I'm sure Yaya and Hazard won't do me any favours.

Has boosted my lads confidence no end though, the contract talks with the board will go smoother now too. Also softens the blow of dropping Mickey for the time being!
