    Noted!

Bazza - we don't do 'bluffers' in the Stazza Stable - well, if you take me out of the equation we don't. This sort of behaviour will not be tolerated - it lowers the classiness of my great name. Please don't let me down again. Furthermore, you've let yourself down and all the Bazzas that came before you. The shame! The shame!

Rest assured, 'twas an attempt at this pacing a race lark! One must give greetings to the one who provided clean air for that all important first mile! By the time my race was done the only thing I was greeting was the finish line. There shall be no shame when in six short years my class will provide you with the raw material of a best seller:D then no one will doubt yours;):)

Wanted to get in a long run today. Didn't want to go too mad so ran from Rathdrum to Laragh and back. This road is a good mix of rolling, hilly, fast and slow sections so it kept my legs on there toes if you get my meaning. Felt good, went out at 8:08 pace and back at 7:43 pace. I threw in a hm effort mile(6:48) near the end. Might have been slightly wind assisted on the way back.

    14 miles.

Hit the Avondale trails this morning. Nice relaxing run, 7.5 miles covered, easy.

I was planning a 3-4 recovery yesterday, had a ticky tummy so did nothing. Mondays are my normal rest so wasn't too bothered.

Grand today so did 7 lunchtime miles with 4 strides to wake up the legs. All good. Looks like a hot one Saturday

I'm going to give the sub 90 a good lash. I'm in decent enough form at the moment so should be doable.....

You big fooking tub of lard. Good man for having the stones to tough it out. Now get down the pub and have 10 pints of Babycham. You've got 14 days off and then we start for real - none of this mickey fooking mouse sh1te.;);)
