    Hi everyone

I am recently convinced that most of the cancer around is caused by diet , toxins and environmental factors so have taken it upon myself to do everything I can to prevent this

I am starting with changing my diet from a heavy meat diet to a mediterean diet

Has anyone ever done this and if so any tips ?

For a meal in town (in Dublin), if you're interested in leeching toxins FROM your body, consider raw food. Try them. It will be useful to ring first, and after 12 noon.

Most cancer is caused by ionising radiation, causing mutations in cells.
Everything else just amplifies the mutations.

    There's radiation in sunlight (uv)
    Bananas (potassium 40)
Homes built over a granite geology(radon)
And then, if you avoid all the earthly sources of radiation, cosmic rays from the universe will get you

Wild animals can get cancer, and have been for far longer than humans have been making "cancerous" chemicals, or eating "cancerous " food
