Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

That was a fcuking foul on Adnan there, and he gets booked?

    He dived into the tackle.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

Vidic should do better from that IMO.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 28,397 ✭✭✭✭Turtyturd

Spurs must have done corner bets.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 11,503 ✭✭✭✭fullstop

Have Spurs nobody that can head a ball?!

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,181 ✭✭✭Crimson King

    lol. Fletcher.

Go away out of that. Average now as he has always been. Never understood the masturbation over him. Limited.

Proving your opinion is wrong then.

I think he was talking about Carrick anyways

Spurs defence has been great today.

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,181 ✭✭✭Crimson King

    He dived into the tackle.

A foul is a foul is a foul.

United really do look a shadow of the team they were. There's no leaders on the pitch for them at all.

    Very clever from Kane

Did they not announce 4 minutes at first?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

Lloris is a mad man, great to watch when it comes off

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,909 ✭✭✭Neeson

    Full time 2-1

  • Registered Users Posts: 1,181 ✭✭✭Crimson King

Spurs defending the last twenty minutes has been top notch in fairness, despite Lloris bizarre decision making.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,395 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Lloris does like a charge out of goal.

Utd are 11th in the games at home league and 3rd in the away games, thats a shocking stat for a Utd team

Is moyes really the man to take utd into the europa league battle?

    He seems void of ideas!

Beaten by the better team on the day. Defending really cost us today, I don't think Moyes could have done much more.

Big gap between sixth and seventh now - 3 points. Can United make it up?? All will be revealed soon...

2 wins in Old Trafford in 2 years, what witchcraft is this :D

Better team won...can't be any complaints.

I really hope i never see evra cleverley and valencia start again this year. Plus utd really need à top class centerback. There is none at The club now. A.Kompany or a vidic from 3 years ago.

    Not good enough

We are now in a real fight for 4th place.

    Well done to Spurs

I think it's pretty easy to see. Europe League.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 17,395 ✭✭✭✭Utopia Parkway

Moyes is obviously more suited to the tactical European games.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 33,709 ✭✭✭✭Cantona's Collars

We can't win games by playing for 20 odd minutes per match, ten minutes in the first half & ten in the 2nd won't get the job done.
Scraped 2 wins against the powerhouses of Hull & Norwich & get found out against Spurs.

Would £100 million fix what's wrong with our squad?

First won for spurs against a top 8 side this season.

Yet when I said he should be dropped and Zaha given a chance you said I needed to look at the bigger picture. How the hell can you now be seemingly surprised that Valencia is yet again playing ****e?

So you missed the whole first half where Jan did nothing defensively and the whole left side was exposed all the way through it?

You think Id prefer the right side being the same? Like **** I would.

    Try again.

Now that Utd have got their few easy games out of the way, this is the start of their slide back down the table etc etc!!

Rage, always gifting teams a goal in every match.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,006 ✭✭✭edgecutter

Questions need to be asked. Why did we only play when we were two down? Was it Moyes poor first half tactics?

For me Moyes just doesn't have it to cut it at this level, we never start games like we can seriously win anymore and any win we have had has been dangerously close to being a draw or lose.

Well deserved win for spurs. This game sums up united so far this year. Lethargic, no imagination and nobody willing to take hold of ball and make decisive passes.

United's midfield is obviously a problem, only Carrick is of the standard required, Januzaj will be good enough but united are relying too heavily on an 18-year old. Evra obviously needs replacing.

Moyes should take some blame but the rot in uniteds midfield, and other areas, had set in over the last few years with horrendous buys in the transfer market- Anderson, Buttner, Bebe, Nani, Young etc and I'm forgetting others

Penny-pinching from one of the worlds richest clubs was bound to tell eventually
