There's eurovision fan clubs for each country, and they all vote themselves. And the international fan club takes the results of everyone together. It seems they've only started this two years ago, but on both occassions they did indeed pick the winner. This year Sweden is far ahead of everyone else. It's 354 points puts it very comfortably ahead of second place Hungary on 262.
