HDMI to RCA

Hi guys, Do these types of connections work?? I want to connect Laptop to an old TV that only has the red, white and yellow. Or do I need a converter aswell Or will this work at all?

The cable won't work. HDMI is a digital signal and simply won't connect to an analogue input without some form of D-A converter.

The box you show might do the job though.
