    Hi,

    Thanks in advance for any help!

    I was wondering if anybody could help me gauge a rough cost for this small job, see pic.

    I need the two existing garage doors removed and in their place, build a wall and install a window (roughly 5ft).

    The interior is already floored, wired and the other walls are slabbed and insulated, used to store the bikes there to go in and out but no need now so want a change.

    See pic.

    (Yes I know I am graphic design genius)

    Remove doors.
    Break ground.
    Foundation.
    Build rising wall.
    New window.
    Insulate.
    Fix to existing roof and walls.

    Beer mat calculation of 3-5k.
