    I am currently renting a property to the value of €1300 with my girlfriend.
    She has an existing property to the value of €140,000, with a mortgage of €115,000. currently being rented.
    I have a property with an ex wife owing €280,000.
    We are looking to purchase our own home to the value of €250K
    Is this too much of a long shot or has anyone previous experience??
