    I'm looking for a apt/house to buy in Dublin. I work as a software engineer for the same company since nearly 2 years. I have my own funding. I'm first time buyer, 25 years old, don't possess any properties yet. Don't have any saving account but I save and invest in stocks and commodities.

    Income:
    - 45k wage + around 10k bonuses
    Costs:
    - 840 monthly rent, not working wife and 5-weeks old kid

    What I'm looking for is a bank that would give me good mortgage loan with highest possible LTV. Something like 100k with 90LTV, 30 years. Anybody?

    Right now client of BOI but changing to PTSB.
