There's a monster high password journal available in Cork, Sligo and Monaghan if anyone is still looking for one.

Tbf it doesn't say anywhere on the Argos site that this was €223.
It doesn't even mention that it was on sale at any other price.

TBF the poster mentioned the scanner not the Argos site in their post about minion reductions.
Is the scanner just pulling figures from thin air so?

It would be interesting to track prices, kinda like how camelcamelcamel have their graphs.

Great work on the scanner by the way, very handy to find stuff I dont need :pac:

If you ordered/reserved an item that is not in stock until Wednesday, will you still be able to pick it up at today's sale?

It should show the sale price on the order/reservation and that is usually what you pay when you go to collect even if the price increased after your ordered.

I bought a load of bed linen a couple of days ago. The price I reserved on 2 went up and I got charged full price. The girl said every weds the prices change and to watch them. Got a refund.

    Bought one of these http://www.checkargos.com/StockCheckPage.php?productId=2281645

Great quality for that price. I log on every morning just after 7 and see what bargains are to be had. Have an Arsenal Monopoly reserved, that's one Christmas present sorted! Thanks for the work on the stock checker!

Check your reservation number at the self service machine. If the item has gone back to full price, bring your reservation email which has the reduced price to the Customer Service desk. They will apply the reduction and you will get it for the price you reserved it at.

Cheers, I know that now, but I was buying 10 items, never though to check,

    According to Argos Website:

Please note that our prices change, sometimes on a daily basis. The price you pay is the price in store on the day you collect your items.

So, it is possible to be charged more than what you initially reserved item for.

True, but Argos are usually great when it comes to honouring reservation prices

Apparently there has been a circular issued by Argos head office regarding the honouring of pricing mistakes. This may not apply to genuinely reduced items and yes, generally, the management are great at OK'ing things like that but they may start getting stricter on it

Not surprised, its plastered all over the Internet that Argos is a soft touch regarding honoring prices, cant quite remember where though...
