    Has anyone successfully switched mortgage account lately?
    If so, with whom do you bank?
    I see some products advertised, but only for customers in negative equity.
    My home is not in negative equity.
    I'm finding it impossible to re-finance, even though I seem to meet the criteria for successful mortgage applicants.

    Both permanent tsb and KBC offer competitive rates for remortgage at the moment.

    I have a mortgage and a home improvement loan.
    I'm finding it impossible to amalgamate them.
