username for 365 banking

Hi, I set up 365 banking and had my pin sent out to me, but i have no username and i cant seem to find one anywhere so i am unable to access my account. Can anyone shed some light on where i can find my username

Hi swfc18,

Thanks for contacting us through Boards.

You need to call Bank of Ireland 365 directly on 0818 365 365 and select the * key to activate the pin. Once your pin is activated and you register your details you are then issued your User ID. Please see here for more information.
