Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Christmas champions Liverpool entertain League One side Oldham tomorrow in the 3 round of the Fa Cup on Sunday.

    This will be the third time in a row that both sides face each other in the FA Cup with the score tied at 1-1.

    Liverpool could use this game to rest players like Luis Suarez(although doubtful) and having played half an hour in the victory against Hull on New Years day, captain Steven Gerrard could be in line for his first start since Dec 7th.

    Daniel Sturridge, Jose Enrique. Mamadou Sakho and Joe Allen all remain injured for Liverpool.

    Shortest Liverpool game thread since about 2003 if we can't find a stream.....Rossiter and Branagan are both in the match squad apparently.

    If memory serves me correct they did a couple of seasons ago for a Carling game the year we won it.

    They charge either £150k or £250k (can't remember which) per side to show the match. Have no idea if that makes it attractive or not to a broadcaster

    5live Sports Extra on your SKY/Freesat boxes have the game. Apparently there will be coverage on Fox Soccer 2 Go which sounds like some interweb type stream.

    Play Suarez with a fringe player or two like toure agger and Moses.

    With pool playing so few games this season they have no need to rest their star man.
