I have looked at the Health Authority website and It has not got the answer.

Is it possible to build your own health insurance for example I want a policy that cover public hospitals and after that I don't care about a private room or what hospital it is. I want cover for orthopaedic and outpatient diagnostic care such as CT scans, but other that that I am happy to have public care because for example you get the exact same cancer care public or private.

    Any suggestions.

No, unfortunately you can't build a plan to suit your needs.
