    Trying to figure out if you can follow a thread without getting an email every 5 seconds? Already changed it to "no email" in Edit Options, but I'm still getting them. Help appreciated on this!

    Sounds like you've changed the default model, which will only affect future threads, not already subscribed ones.

    Go here:

    http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription

    and you can change the pre-existing ones.

    Wait so do you just unsubscribe and then resubscribe ya? Going to try that now.

    No, no need for that. Tick the ones to change, and then choose move to folder, and you can move them to a different notification type folder.
