Just received a nice New Year greeting from Electric Ireland in the form of an email informing me of more price hikes! Getting ridiculous at this stage now, and as for that PSO Levy and been charged VAT on it, nice sting in the tail that is!

Just received a nice New Year greeting from Electric Ireland in the form of an email informing me of more price hikes!

From 1st January 2014 residential electricity customers will see an average increase in price of 1.7%, which equates to an increase of around €1.50 per month on an average residential electricity bill
