Aggressive 5x5 training routine!

    Hi guys,


    I will add my training routine, food diary and my results regularly. :D


    My workout is:
    Squats: 5x5
    Benchpress: 5x5
    Dead lift: 5x5
    Clean and Press: 5x5


    Last workout (1/3/2014):
    Squats:
    5x125kg, 5x130kg, 5x135kg, 5x135kg, 5x140kg
    Benchpress:
    5x112,5kg, 5x115kg, 5x117,5kg, 3x120kg, 2x122,5kg
    Dead lift:
    5x135kg, 5x140kg, 5x150kg, 5x160kg, 5x165kg
    Clean and Press:
    5x55kg, 5x60kg, 5x62,5kg, 5x65kg, 5x50kg

    I had stagnation for a long time. I beat it by track my food intake and heavy workout with 5 reps max. I got more power for 1 month than before for years.

    I did Dorian Yates - Blood and Gluts workout.

    I use www.fitmee.com, but I registered 2 months ago. It is better than MFP, you can track your workouts too, but It is still in beta. I will post my today´s workout here.
