Building your perfect chest

    I have started hitting the gym and I gather some info for chest exercises and this is what I got so far:

    Dumbbell:
    Chest Press 10x3
    Inclines chest fly 10x3
    Pull Over 10x3
    Decline Press 10x3

    I was wondering does this work all of your chest, upper,middle and lower.
    If anyone has a better exercise programme for building a perfect chest please kindly share

    Yeah of course, but I am only struggling with my chest not my other exercises

    The exercises are hitting all parts of your chest.

    How hard are you finding getting the ten reps out?
