Cheap Hotel City Centre?

Im looking for a cheap hotel in early February, done some researching already on bookings/trivago etc but no bargains to be got, star rating unimportant just looking for place to sleep, any suggestions? thanks.

Abigail's Hostel on Aston Quay have single rooms, twin rooms, dorms, etc. It's clean, safe, comfortable, central.

Just depends when you want it, Feb is a busy month for 6 nations so getting something cheap on those dates just won't happen.
