    Hi there,

    I'm wondering does anyone know is there a way to test your graphics card to see if it' performing as expected?

    Suddenly my laptop started to lag around even if i try to access youtube.

    I have noticed that the CPU usage goes to 100% as well, which is odd considering that i only accessing a website. Anything heavy with Flash will suffer as well.

    -I have re-installed windows that didn't make any change either.
    -Ran RAM check and all good
    -CPU Check seems to be ok
    -Updated the nVidia drivers -> still same...

    Cannot find anything to test the Graphics card.

    Keep in mind i'm running windows 7 and my Laptop is Dell Vostro 1400.
    -Graphics card Nvidia 8400gs

    Over the last 5 years my graphics card burned twice, and in both occasions i was covered by warranty. Checking on the net Vostro 1400 had issues across the globe with the nvidia chipset.

    Any recommendations how to test it?

    Darius

    So i downloaded the free verion of 3d Mark.

    It was going fine on the 1st test (Ice Storm) and once it came back to windows the following has appeared:

    Unexpected error running tests.
    System.Xml.XmlException: Unexpected end of file has occurred. The following elements are not closed: monitoring_data, workload_result. Line 1, position 239120.
    at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.Throw(Exception e)
    at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.ParseElementContent()
    at System.Xml.Linq.XContainer.ReadContentFrom(XmlReader r)
    at System.Xml.Linq.XContainer.ReadContentFrom(XmlReader r, LoadOptions o)
    at System.Xml.Linq.XElement.ReadElementFrom(XmlReader r, LoadOptions o)
    at System.Xml.Linq.XElement.Load(XmlReader reader, LoadOptions options)
    at System.Xml.Linq.XElement.Parse(String text, LoadOptions options)
    at Futuremark.BenchmarkUtility.BenchmarkRun.CollectResults(SetDefinition set, Int32 repeat)

    Result =0...

    Didn't get a chance to see what could cause this, but if someone has seen before please let me know.
