I'll never understand the way referees' minds work for "time-wasting". The ball was out 23 seconds when the referee blew his whistle. Most kick-outs throughout a game will take longer than that.

Doesn't matter how long it usually takes, the keeper had the ball and decided to needlessly move it. Ergo, time wasting.

i mean i know he's on mega wages but he's in a position now where there's major major pressure on the bloke and at everton he just didn't have that. he's got a team of multiple champions who are performing like donkeys and his professional reputation is taking a hammering.
