    Hey all, looking for a bit of advice. We have a bit of an emergency, the coffee machine is broken down. The water system refuses to prime, seems to be drawing air somewhere. After a search, the only service company we can find is based in Citywest but even though they advertise service of all domestic coffee machines, when we phone them they say that they don't repair that model. The machine cost a nice few bob so I don't want to just leave it there and get another. Can anyone recommend a service shop or should I just open it up and have a look, gut tells me that it is either o-rings or a control board.

    Cheers, bit the bullit and got stuck into it myself. We now have decent coffee again.
