Could anybody tell me if a person is receiving invalidity pension and his wife has a part time job so do not claim or qualify for any additional payment for her will his payment be a affected if his 29 year old son who has just moved back from oz claims jobs seekers allowance from his parents address. My dad doesn't want to have his pension cut as depends on this.
