Notified Fees for students

    Hey there, 
    I just checked my banking365 to see that notified fees of €17 went out of my account 31/12/13. Are these fees supposed to apply to student banking?

    Thanks for posting. 

    There should be no transaction fees on a student account.
    Please call a Student Advisor in your branch who will look into this for you.
