I need a business advisor................

I am a sole trader with (thankfully) more work than I can cope with. I am at a crossroads – do I want work or do I want to run a business (which means expanding). I think I would benefit from talking to a business advisor who has experience of working with people moving from being a one-person operation to building a business. Can anyone recommend someone to me? I am based in the West of Ireland.

Try your local enterprise board see if they have a mentor programme sounds like it would be a good time for you to have someone like that to guide you! Good to hear a happy business story out there well done!! I think you nail it pretty well you have to decide whether you want to work at what you are doing or run a business that works at what you are doing as they are very different things a mentor can tell you how to make the transition but not really whether it is going to suit you.
