Hi all I have a concrete shed with electricity in it in the garden of a house I've just bought. Hi all

I have about €4000 saved up to get some work done on the house.

Anyone have an idea on whether I can realistically look to get much/all of that work done for that price?

I am going to go on tradesmen and arrange quotes, but I honestly have less than zero knowledge in this area so would be helpful to get some general guidelines before I start the ball rolling.
