Unlimited on paper bill - limited online

Hi guys, 

New customer here, so am hoping this is just a hiccup!

I ordered an unlimited BB package (Broadband Home Plus) when signing up in late November. 
My first paper bill has arrived with the following on it:

.....and an unlimited upload and download allowance.....

But when I signed up for My Eircom I get this on the usage stats screen:



Hoping someone can clear this up for me?

I think there might be a glitch with that broadband usage link , I had a similar query yesterday , see my thread below .

If an eircom rep responds just pm them your landline number & account number . They will look into it for you .

Yes thanks for that.We are aware that there is an issue with the total usage allowance on the usage calculator. However I can confirm that on the Home Plus package there is an unlimited allowance
