Don't think it's Enniskillen, Newry or Dungannon. The lastime I was in Dungannon the British Flag was painted on all kirbing all over the town and archways were prominent saying 'God Bless the Queen'. Doesn't look like Dungannon to me. Although depends when this photo was captured.
