There is a humpback bridge in the village too, so it's on a canal. The bridge was designed by an American engineer in the 18th century, which is probably unique.

It's a small village. Thats about all there is to it.

I'll see can I find something else in it, or even a clue.

    From post #1

Nope. You're in the wrong county but with a 20 mile radius though. ;)

Correct. The only place in the country I know of that's on the way to nowhere. It's on a dead end into the bog. If you're in Ticknevin it's because you went there.

Did you know it, or did you get it from a clue?

Correction: If you were passing it by the Grand Canal you could be going all the way to Killaloe! >:)

Sorry, not Bellharbour. So far, two counties and close locations (to each other) but correct location in another county, and I can confirm guesses are generally in the right part of the country, although I suppose that is not really much help as that must be fairly obvious from the background scenery.

I will be off-line now until late afternoon, so if anyone feels sure they have this location, go ahead and post. It's a two word place name with equal numbers of letters in each word.
