Ok since no traffic and try and bump this along here is pic of a visitor centre building in village, dedicated to a local who had world wide fame and a catchy slogan at one time.

    Nope.

Knock is close in more than one way.

The second pic (if you can see it) is a pic of a visitor centre, memorial centre for a particular religious person.

    Well done.
Sorry have not been keeping track.
http://fatherpeytoncentre.ie/ Seems you are right. Never heard of him!

He was actually massive in US, a big chunk of Latin America and the
    Philippines.
Notice the US connection there, it is kinda important.

He ended up in University of Notre Dame after emigrating to the states.
After surviving advanced stages of TB he dedicated his life to the rosary.

It looks like his Latin American prayer crusade in the 50s was being funded and indeed directed by the CIA.
Eventually Rome got him to give up that funding.

He was known as the Rosary Priest.
My grand mother would have been fan of his.
Shure wasn't he a Mayo man after all. :D

BTW his catchy slogan was "The family that prays together stays together."
